REFUND & RETURN POLICY

For orders in the U.S., we accept exchanges and store credit for unworn or unused items within 15 days of receiving them, (excluding earrings). 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout in a form of an E-gift card.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

All returns will be issued an online credit once received. We do not offer money-back refunds on returned items. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, custom orders, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.

Refunds

Prior to completing your return, please email us at ninejewelz@ninejewelz.comWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a store credit to be used for another item or for an even exchange via email to the email used at checkout.
